About SENTRY
Welcome to SENTRY (Student Engagement in Research and Technology and cYbersecurity), the premier research conference focused exclusively on students in the Cyber Leader Development Program (CLDP). Hosted by the Texas A&M Cybersecurity Center, with participation from fellow SMC Cyber Institutes, this conference highlights student innovation and strengthens connections between scholars and professionals from across the country.
Location and Travel Details
We are pleased to host this year’s SENTRY conference at the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center, a premier venue located in the heart of Aggieland.
Lodging
A room block has been reserved at the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center for SENTRY attendees. Details on booking and rates will be provided upon registration.
Parking
Parking is included in the room rate for hotel guests.
The conference entrance is conveniently located on the 2nd level of the parking garage.

Submission Guidelines

Paper Format:
All papers must use the IEEE Word template, available here:

Poster Specifications:
Posters must be either 48″ × 36″ (landscape) or 36″ × 48″ (portrait).
Texas A&M University will print posters and provide easels, mounting boards, and binder clips for display. -
To ensure high-quality printing:

Posters that do not meet these requirements may appear blurry when printed.
