This spring, Dr. Hamilton developed a new course in partnership with the U.S. Air Force focused on cybersecurity resilience in satellites and airborne devices.

The Texas A&M Cybersecurity Center hosted SENTRY bringing together students, staff, and faculty from fellow Senior Military College Cyber Institutes for student research and professional connection.

Senior interdisciplinary engineering students from the Department of Multidisciplinary Engineering at Texas A&M University used their CapstoneDesign course to create a virtual training simulation with support from the Texas A&M Cybersecurity Center and the Texas A&M Cyber Range (TxCR).

The Griffiss Institute, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing technology and developing talent for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), has awarded the Texas A&M Cybersecurity Center $2M to establish the Texas A&M Virtual Institute for Cyber and Electromagnetic Spectrum Research and Employ (VICEROY) for the Southwest Region.

Twelve Texas A&M University Cybersecurity students were named as Scholars or Finalists in the 2022 National Cyber Scholarship program. Scholars in the program are awarded free access to the summer Cyber Foundations Academy and a digital Scholar badge.
