The nonprofit membership association for information security (ISC)² recently interviewed Weijia Yan as part of their “Women in Cybersecurity” series. Yan graduated with a degree in computer science from Texas A&M University in December 2021 and was a recipient of the (ISC)² Women’s Cybersecurity Scholarship. She is now pursuing a Master’s of Science degree in Information Technology-Information Security at Carnegie Mellon University. Yan founded the Women in Cybersecurity University Chapter at Texas A&M and served as its president. See the interview here.
