Full Scope Cybersecurity
Many organizations hold a limited view of cyber, often limited to threats against software and networks. Full Scope Cybersecurity recognizes the entirety of the computational stack as terrain that is contested in any potential Cyber Warfare. NSWC Crane Division and other NAVSEA warfare centers have numerous efforts in which the focus is highlighted on filling the Cybersecurity gaps between hardware, software, and the humans that use them both.
Charles Colglazier, Ph.D.
Mr. Charles Colglazier is the branch manager of the Hardware Cybersecurity Branch
at NSWC Crane. Mr. Colglazier has led various Navy programmatic efforts in AntiTamper,
Hardware Cybersecurity and Trusted Microelectronics for over a decade. Mr.
Colglazier has presented papers at events like the DoD Anti-Tamper Conference and
the Microelectronics Integrity Meeting on topics ranging from Program Protection and
Foreign Military Sales to Hardware Reverse Engineering. Mr. Colglazier graduated
from Indiana University with a B.S. in Physics and earned an MBA at the Kelley School
of Business. He is also currently designated by the Navy as an Anti-Tamper Certificate
